Well hello there Momu fans!
How have you all been? We have been busy with lots of lad things – mainly mooching and snoozing and sometimes enjoying the sunshine. Just as things should be really – nice and relaxed.
The boy had a birthday recently and we were ever so excited because we knew that a new lad was about to come. This was Higs – he is a tiny little dog (he looks very serious). He has decided that he would quite like to solve crimes and mysteries after hearing what Travis and Watson get up to sometimes. He also decided that he should really get himself a crime solving partner – all the best detectives have one, plus he didn’t want to do things on his own. This meant that the boy had to go hunting for another lad to join us. He went on to the computer and found someone who looked ace.
The new lad was named Pippo, and he had a bit of a journey in the post;
But he was all snuggled up;
Here he is all safe and sound!
Here he is with his new mystery solving partner Higs;
Aren’t they smart?
We are ever so pleased that they are here with us – lets hope for some good mysteries (that are not too scary) for them to solve soon. Travis and Watson are also looking forward to having some friendly competition to see who can solve the crimes first.
Love Momu. x
PS: Higs says he would quite like a hat – the girl had better get making.
PPS: Jumbah says he won at University Challenge again last week.
Hello Momu readers – it has been such a long time since I was here! It is my naughty humans’ fault – they have been ever so busy with lots of things. And the weather has not been overly nice for a lot of the time here, so adventures are a little bit thin on the ground – Booo!
We have mainly been watching sport on the TV while the girl works away doing whatever it is that she does on the computer and with her camera. We have seen some tennis, lots of football and we are now in the middle of watching some cycling. The girl also tells us that running and jumping at the Commonwealth Games starts soon too – all very exciting, we are really enjoying ourselves (despite the lack of adventures).
In other lad business news, University Challenge has started again and Jumbah has won against the girl and her dad (obviously) so that will be a nice treat for him every week too.
I hope you have been able to have some adventures – I would love to hear about them too.

Hello there Momu Fans!
I hope you are all enjoying yourselves – I hear it is something called the Easter Holidays here, which means everyone goes out no matter what the weather and goes on the beach. Weird! We think it is still definitely bed weather at the moment as it is all grey and windy – yucky.
Anyway, enough of that – guess what? Jumbah won at University Challenge!
It was the last one on Monday and he says it was very tricky – even he was struggling a little bit (but don’t tell anyone). The girl and the boy were watching this time with the girl’s dad, and Jumbah reckons they all gave up a little bit towards the end, because the questions did not even make much sense they were so hard. I managed to get the truth out of Jumbah and he says he only got 7 right on Monday, so it must have been difficult. I didn’t ask how many the girl got, just in case she was embarrassed.
In other lad news, there are rumours of a trip to London on Saturday for Whitey’s birthday treat (the girl keeps acting like it is for her birthday, but we know better). We will let you know all about that as soon as we can!

Hello Momu Fans!
We hope you are all well today – we are, just mooching and snoozing for the most part.
Jumbah thought you should know that the girl won at University Challenge last night………
Only joking – April Fool’s! Jumbah said it is getting ever so tricky to even understand the questions let alone answer them (it was the last semi final this week and the final is next week) so the girl really doesn’t get many right at all now. He doesn’t either, but still more than the girl. Phew!
Jumbah says he doesn’t really know what he will do with himself once University Challenge stops after next week – he is hoping something good might come on in its place, but he isn’t sure yet.
Enjoy your April Fool’s day – don’t be too mean with your tricks!

Hello Momu Fans!
Jumbah and the girl have asked me to write a little bit about their adventures with University Challenge on Monday. Jumbah has been feeling that he might be being a little bit smug because he is cleverer than your average lad (and certainly more so than a human). He says that he doesn’t mean to be rude or anything.
Jumbah and the girl settled down on Monday to watch University Challenge as normal (it is getting tricky now as the final is getting nearer – the questions are HARD), and they really enjoyed themselves. They both got into double figures with the right answers – in fact they got exactly the same score. Normally Jumbah would have been cross about this, but he has decided that as the girl looks after him so well (makes him hats and things and gives him a warm place to stay) he will just be pleased that they can have fun together like this. They have been very happy for the past few days.
This is Jumbah and his happy face – he says you might not be able to see it is his happy face because it is tricky to see his face with his hat on. He promises that he is smiling and happy here.

PS, we are very much hoping to get out on an adventure soon – we are waiting for all this rain to stop – it will stop won’t it?!
Hello Earth People, it is Jumbah here.
I just wanted to say that I couldn’t quite let the girl win at University Challenge last week (I pretended to draw with her that week) and I definitely couldn’t do it this week as she was bad bad bad. She thinks that she didn’t understand hardly any of the questions so I couldn’t bring myself down to her level, despite the new hat she gave me. I know this makes me sound mean, but I like to know that I still know things and I am not going all daft like humans. I think that everyone still likes me even though I am a bit cleverer than them all.
The boy says I look a bit thuggish in this hat because it goes down over my eyes sometimes and then my eyes look all squinty. I am just pleased that it is keeping me snug and warm while I am cozied up in bed with the other lads (the boy needs to remember I have even less hair than him on my head, so he should be more sympathetic really).
We have been looking out of the window today, and we are expecting some more of this;
So we are off to prepare for a mammoth session of snoozing and snuggling.
See you soon,
Love Jumbah. x
It has been grey and dreary here lately – Travis says his hat has come at just the right time.
He says it is very warm, and when he wears the flaps down like this it keeps his ears nice and toasty. He also says it has the added bonus of shutting out some of the lad noise that goes on around here when there are lots of us together that Travis says he does not need to hear all the time. He reckons he is super sorted for the next mystery that needs solving.
The only slight problem was that Jumbah had got used to wearing a hat while he was looking after Travis’ new one for him, so he got a little bit upset when he had to hand it over. This made the boy and girl feel sorry for him, so they sorted out a very snazzy number for his very own.
Cool huh? He says he may have to temporarily take it off later in order to hear the questions on University Challenge properly to ensure his winning streak continues. He says he might let the girl win to say thanks for the hat, but he isn’t quite sure if he can bring himself to do that yet.
