Happy 2020!

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

It is a brand new year already! That time seemed to have got away from us a little bit at the end of last year, sorry about that.

We had a lovely Christmas with all the lads together at the boy’s house for a week and a bit. We mooched, snoozed, chatted and generally did a lot of lad stuff while the humans mooched, snoozed, chatted and did human things (like running, which we have no interest in whatsoever).

Now we are getting ready to help the humans have a busy year in the gallery – and we are looking forward to some sunshine and some good mooching and snoozing times.

Happy New Year!

We’re getting ready for Christmas!

Hello Momu Readers!

We are getting ever so excited because it is not very many days until Christmas is here.

Christmas means that the boy and girl have a little bit of time off from work and we get to snuggle, mooch, snooze, watch films, play games and read books.  Lots and lots of our very favourite things.

What kind of things do you like to do at Christmas time?

Oops – naughty us. We’ve been ever so busy lately.

Hello Momu Fans,

I am ever so sorry that I haven’t written for ages and ages – it is the humans fault, naturally.

They have been ever so busy moving their photography gallery in Wells which meant that they didn’t have so much time to help me write posts on here.

We have had a lovely sunny summer, and the sunshine is still around even now. We were expecting to have to be burrowing and mooching a lot more in blankets and duvets by now, but it is very warm still. Yippee for the sunshine. Here are the lads enjoying a mooch in the sunshine while the girl has a tiny rest and reads her book.

We will try and write a lot more now that the humans are settling into their new gallery – we are looking forward to some autumnal and wintery mooching times when the weather changes. There is Halloween coming up and then Christmas – we like these very much for mooching and relaxing times with our VIHs (Very Important Humans).

We are still here – honest!

Hello Momu Fans!

Did you miss us? We have had a lovely break over Christmas and New Year – did you have a lovely time too?

We have had some snow here too which is ever so exciting, but it is ever so chilly!  We are waiting patiently for some proper sunshine to come – Freddy in particular.

We will be back soon to tell you some more things that we have been doing in a little while – but in the meantime, here is a picture of Froome doing a headstand.

Busy Busy Busy

Hello Momu Fans!

We are really ever so sorry that we have not written for a little while – we will try and be a bit better about that.

The humans have been ever so busy getting things ready for some Christmas fairs at the end of this month and the beginning of December.  We have been helping a lot, and we are also very excited about things to come.

The fairs are one thing – but much more importantly for lads, Christmas is very nearly here really.

There is talk of a couple of weeks off for the humans – which means more mooching time for the lad (which is always a good thing) – and some films to watch and some nice food to eat (for the humans, not for the lads.  Lads do not like food near their fur).

Excitement!

Momu 1

Hello Momu Fans!

Me and the other lads are ever so excited because it is very nearly Christmas time.  We like Christmas because it means extra snoozing time and snuggling under the duvet is allowed even more than usual.  It also means that the humans get presents, which sometimes means a new lad.  We have our paws crossed for some new lads this year too.

We like being warm in bed and seeing the chilliness outside – we don’t like to be outside much in the winter.  The boy has been playing games on the computer a bit in the evenings when it is dark, and it has been ever so exciting watching a football game or a tomb being raided.  The lads are obviously in charge of certain things to do with the games, and we are enjoying ourselves a lot.

What do you like to do when it is winter or very nearly Christmas?
