Froome and Le Tour de France

Froome here,

Just wanted to know if you were enjoying watching The Tour this year? It is ever such fun to watch the humans go up mountains and go really fast on their bikes. And you can also see some very very nice bits of France as the helicopter cameras go around following the riders.

If you haven’t seen any of it, I think you should probably give it a try.

Yes.

Happy bike watching,

Love Froome. x

Hello Momu Fans!

Did you miss us? We have had a lovely break over Christmas and New Year – did you have a lovely time too?

We have had some snow here too which is ever so exciting, but it is ever so chilly!  We are waiting patiently for some proper sunshine to come – Freddy in particular.

We will be back soon to tell you some more things that we have been doing in a little while – but in the meantime, here is a picture of Froome doing a headstand.

Drone Watch

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

I thought I would show you a little picture of Toby today.  He was busy on duty – Drone Watch to be specific – and he wanted you to be able to see him hard at work.

Toby

He says it may look a little bit like sitting around in a bed not doing much, but he is alert and very busy he promises.  (He can’t say the same for the other lads in the background – can you see who is there?)

More soon,

Love Momu. x

P.S – it is Travis, Steve and Froome in the background.  Lazy little things…

Froome and the Beard Balm

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

Froome has been being cheeky lately.  The boy has decided that it would be a good idea to get some gunky stuff for his beard. (I am not sure what he is going to do with it, we will need to see what he has in mind before we pass judgement.  I am sure it will be nice,  Things the boy does usually are.)

Anyway Froome got hold of it and thought it would be a good idea for him to have some to try and tame his one whisker.

Froome and the Beard Wax

Luckily we got to him before his little paws managed to get the lid off.  We had to explain that horrid gunky things like beard balm are best left to the humans.  We don’t want to ruin our lovely fur do we?

Froome was a little bit disappointed, but he did see sense in the end.  If you happen to see him, perhaps you could mention how distinguished his whisker makes him?  This might make him a little bit happier about things.

More soon,

Momu meets Bill

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello everyone!

Remember we got some exciting post the other day?  Well we all wanted to tell you that the new lad is going to be called Bill.  We think it is a good name (the girl thinks that it might have something to do with some people called Bill and Ben the Flower Pot Men, we don’t know who these people are) and Bill seems happy with it.

A new lad

The girl says that Bill is ever so soft (Froome is a bit miffed about this as he is not quite as soft even though he and Bill seem to be related in some way) and he likes to snuggle.  Sometimes his flower gets in the way, but he never puts it down.

Oooh, the lads have reminded me that I have to tell you about Horse Watch soon – Bill has joined up already and it is ever so exciting.  So I will tell you about that next time you visit.

More soon,

Love Momu. x

Momu Meets…Eli!

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hi Momu readers!  How is everything where you are?  I thought I would introduce a new lad to you today.  Yippee – Yes?

image

Momu: What’s your name?

Eli: Hello everyone, my name is Eli.  I’m a little bit shy despite how I might come across in the photo…

M: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

E: I came to live with the girl first at the same time as Froome, but since then I have gone to live with the boy for a bit – I like to move around so I can see all the lads as much as possible.  I like to be around lads, even though I am on the quiet side.

M: How old are you?

E: I am only young – I came to live here only a couple of months ago, so I am just finding my place here.

M: What’s your favourite way to spend an evening?

E: I like to find out more about the other lads that I am with at the time because I am quite new to the group.  I also like it when the girl strokes my ears because it tickles me and she thinks they are super soft.

M: Do you have a best lad friend?

E: I like to sit with Froome because we came together, but I like to make new friends so I am hoping to spend time with everyone.  Elephants never forget apparently, so I am happy that I will always know things about my new friends.

So there you go, here’s to many more months and years of getting to know Eli!

More soon,

Love Momu. x
