Whitey and The Apprentice

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Fans!

It has got to the time of year where, apart from cosy darker weather which means more time for mooching and snuggling, there are also fun things to watch on TV.

Whitey

Whitey’s particular favourite thing to watch is The Apprentice.  This is a programme where lots of horrible humans fight a lot on business challenges so they can win a prize.  This prize is working with another horrible person.  We’re not quite sure why we like it so much really.

It is a perfect opportunity for a good mooch in any case.

What are your favourite thing to watch on TV?

Autumn Sunshine

wpid-2015_0422_14070200-01.jpeg

Hello Momu Readers!

We are back again – we are doing ever so well to write two weeks in a row aren’t we?

It has been ever so rainy and windy here for the last few days – Peter has put his jumper back on again.

received_263823994481209-264226235.jpeg

He says he waited very patiently until October arrived before he put it on because it felt a little bit silly to be so wrapped up in September.  He is nice and toasty now though.

We have got a sunny day here today – it is very very chilly though.  It is a proper autumn day which we are ever so pleased about really.  Autumn means more mooching time and getting under lad blankets and human duvets – yippee!

Are you starting autumn where you live – or do you live on the other side of the world which means you are starting spring?  We think that is ever so interesting when things are the complete opposite!

New lad alert!

Hello Momu Fans,

We had a very exciting day the other day – a new lad arrived in the post of all things!

The boy had sent him through to the girl and us lads as a treat for the humans being together for a whole 11 years. I know, that is a very long time isn’t it?

Here he is, Iorek Byrnison. He says Iorek or IB for short. Maybe Mr Byrnison on Sundays or if he’s feeling fancy.

Here he is with Freddy and Bear, snuggling up to watch Strictly at the weekend. Yippppeeeeeeee.

Cosy

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Fans!

Hasn’t it been chilly recently?  The lads have been spending a lot of time snuggling under the duvet – which we think is the best place you can possibly be when it is cold, especially if you have some friends to chat to or a good book to read.

Cosy

Here are a few of the lads at the boy’s house showing you one of the ways that you can mooch and keep warm while it is wintery.

What do you like to do when the weather is cold?

January Blues?

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

It has been grim and rainy and chilly here this month.  The lads have been looking at things outside from the warm inside.  We think this is the best thing to do at this time of year.

Lots of time for snoozing and mooching and keeping snuggly warm.  It is best.  We like it a lot.

We hope that you are keeping nice and warm too.  We are looking forward to seeing the sunshine a bit more though – we have kind of forgotten what it is like…

Chilliness

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Fans!

I told you last time I was here that it has been hot and then not so hot over the summer so far.  It has also been very very chilly recently too.  It is very confusing when the weather doesn’t do what it is meant to do – the lads don’t really know where they are.

This is what happens when it is too chilly to be called summer (even though it is);

Lads under the duvet in the cold spell in July

Ned looks quite cosy, but he says that he would prefer it if summer would just be summer.  Then he could enjoy being warm as a general rule, not only when he gets under things.

We hope it has not been too chilly where you are.

Couldn’t quite do it…

Jumbah

Hello Earth People, it is Jumbah here.

I just wanted to say that I couldn’t quite let the girl win at University Challenge last week (I pretended to draw with her that week) and I definitely couldn’t do it this week as she was bad bad bad.  She thinks that she didn’t understand hardly any of the questions so I couldn’t bring myself down to her level, despite the new hat she gave me.  I know this makes me sound mean, but I like to know that I still know things and I am not going all daft like humans.  I think that everyone still likes me even though I am a bit cleverer than them all.

The boy says I look a bit thuggish in this hat because it goes down over my eyes sometimes and then my eyes look all squinty.  I am just pleased that it is keeping me snug and warm while I am cozied up in bed with the other lads (the boy needs to remember I have even less hair than him on my head, so he should be more sympathetic really).

We have been looking out of the window today, and we are expecting some more of this;

RAIN!

So we are off to prepare for a mammoth session of snoozing and snuggling.

See you soon,

Love Jumbah. x
