Oops – we have been busy…

received_263823994481209-264226235.jpeg

Hello Momu Readers, Peter here!

I am coming to you this morning to say sorry that we have been too busy to write much over the summer.  It has been so busy in the new shop that the humans have been pooped and running around like mad things.  This has meant that lad business on here has had to take a little bit of a back seat, we are sorry – it is the humans’ fault, not ours!

We will try and get back with some more adventures soon now that autumn is here (we like autumn and winter a lot because it means much more time for snoozing, mooching and general lad business – yay!)

More soon,

Love Peter x

Lad Adventure Preparation

wpid-2015_0422_14070200-01.jpeg

Hello Momu Readers!

How are you today? We hope that you are keeping nice and toasty warm – it’s been a little bit chilly here recently.  But I suppose it is meant to be at the moment because it is winter here.  In some parts of the world it is summer now, the complete opposite.  How weird is that?  Is it summer or winter where you are?

Anyway, it has been pointed out to us lads that we haven’t had any adventures lately.  Things have been ever so busy with the humans’ shop and then Christmas, that adventuring has not happened for a very long time.

This must change.

So we’re planning for an adventure.

Simple really.  We’ll keep you updated (of course) on how things go.

SNOW

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

How have you been lately?

We have been hiding from the snowy weather – it is very pretty to look at from a cosy spot inside (under a duvet for example) but we don’t like the idea of being out in it.  The girl had to go out in it for various reasons, and managed to take a pretty picture of the beach huts in the show.

Snow days

We have also been waiting for the humans to get back to normal, there has been the snow obviously but also a wedding in the family.  We didn’t go to the wedding – there are far too many of us for that to happen, but we heard all about it afterwards.  The boy is now editing all of the pictures they took on the day to show them to the girl’s sister soon.

We are hoping that things get back to normal soon – there hasn’t been nearly enough mooching and snoozing going on for our liking.  We will get this sorted as soon as possible, promise!

Stoooooooooooooo in the sunshine

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

The lads like the winter because it means that they can mooch and snooze a lot more without feeling guilty (not that they really feel guilty about mooching and snoozing much at all), but they do miss the sunshine at this time of the year because it doesn’t seem to come out much at all.

When it does then lads make the most of it.

This is Stooooooooooooooooooooooo enjoying the sunny spot for a little bit the other day.

Exciting snuggly times

Hello Momu Readers,

It has been a little bit busy here with getting ready for Autumn. Basically thus means that the nights are a bit longer and the weather is a bit colder so we need more blankets and snuggly things to feel cosy.

The boy has already put his big cold weather duvet on the bed, and some of the lads were straight under to work on boar defense stuff (they may also have had a quick snooze to make sure it was all ok).

How do you make the colder bits 9f the year more snuggly?

Cosy

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Fans!

Hasn’t it been chilly recently?  The lads have been spending a lot of time snuggling under the duvet – which we think is the best place you can possibly be when it is cold, especially if you have some friends to chat to or a good book to read.

Cosy

Here are a few of the lads at the boy’s house showing you one of the ways that you can mooch and keep warm while it is wintery.

What do you like to do when the weather is cold?

January Blues?

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

It has been grim and rainy and chilly here this month.  The lads have been looking at things outside from the warm inside.  We think this is the best thing to do at this time of year.

Lots of time for snoozing and mooching and keeping snuggly warm.  It is best.  We like it a lot.

We hope that you are keeping nice and warm too.  We are looking forward to seeing the sunshine a bit more though – we have kind of forgotten what it is like…

Sleepy…

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Fans!

So here in England, it seems to be getting a bit cold and autumnal.  This is good in one way because it gives us a lot more time for mooching and snoozing.  On the other paw, it means that it seems slightly sad outside with the leaves falling from the trees and the wind blowing away.

The lads have been lazing around for a lot of the time –

Hot Fire

wpid-DSC1072.jpg

Hello Momu Readers!

Me again!  Who’d have thought?

I am having a lovely time at the moment with the girl helping her to house-sit.  One of the main reasons I am enjoying it (apart from being with the girl of course) is that I am able to spend some time in front of a proper fire.  This means that I am allowed to get all toasty and warm.  This does not mean that I am allowed to get too close to the fire, just in case it is too burny for a little lad like me.

I thought I had better show you a picture of the fire, just in case you didn’t believe how good it was.

Nice huh?

Us lads love to be toasty and warm!

Crossness

Momu Small

Hi everyone;

The lads and me are getting a little bit sick of looking out of the windows and seeing this all the time;

RAIN!

We are seriously considering going into hibernation for the winter and not coming out until the spring has arrived and the sunshine peeps out again.  (We may also be persuaded out of hibernation temporarily for exciting things like Strictly Come Dancing and other telly delights.)

We may be some time,

More soon (perhaps…),

Love Momu. x

PS – We are almost sure that the hibernation thing might get a bit boring for such a long time, so don’t think that we won’t be around – we reckon that actually we will just be in bed for longer each day while it is dark and rainy outside.
